Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the following address:

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive the returned product. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of sending the item back to us, as well as the shipping costs for the new item.
